As a Software Engineering Supervisor with Honeywell Intelligrated, this is your opportunity to:

  • Be hands on (50%+) developing software products
  • Manage the necessary people, process and technology components to build an agile and scalable software development organization
  • Architect, design and assist in developing new enhancements for our warehouse management solution to fulfill our high growth business needs
  • Interact with team members to learn, refine and implement new capabilities
  • Assess, utilize, maintain and update development operational tools and frameworks
  • Deliver presentations and facilitate meetings while adapting communication to varying audiences including high level stakeholders
  • Review functional and technical requirements, raising potential issues
  • Collaborating with Customers and Product Marketing / Management teams to identify opportunities that can be exploited through great software features
  • Identify needs and strengths for career progression of team members and create opportunities for development
  • Mentor junior colleagues by providing career development goals, meeting regularly, writing and deliver semi-annual reviews, and advocating for their career advancement
