We’re looking for an agile scrum team leader to help implement and maintain client-facing enterprise web applications.  You will be leading one of ten small (6-10 person) agile development teams.  Each team is responsible for different applications within our organization, and cross-team collaboration will be a large portion of your job here.   


  • Establish strong software development practices for front-end development
  • This is a hands-on role; influence system architecture and design, and lead development efforts.
  • Provide active leadership and participation in Agile ceremonies
  • Create a work environment that is positive, innovative, motivated, enthusiastic and embraces change
  • Work with internal stakeholders including product owners, project managers, and ScrumMasters to define and clarify requirements
